Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Sticker Drop mobile app. The operator is Samyak Singh. Contact: streamerx047@gmail.com.
By downloading, installing or using Sticker Drop, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. What Sticker Drop is
Sticker Drop lets you browse original static and animated stickers, add sticker packs to WhatsApp, and send single stickers to WhatsApp, Instagram, X or other apps on your phone. The app is free and supported by ads.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Sticker Drop. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use the app only with a parent or guardian's permission.
3. Your licence to use the stickers
The stickers, artwork, the Sticker Drop name and the app code belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the stickers in your own personal messages and posts.
You may not:
- Sell, resell or redistribute the stickers or sticker packs, for example in another app, sticker store or merchandise
- Claim the stickers as your own work
- Copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the app, except as allowed by law
4. Third-party apps and services
Sticker Drop works with apps made by other companies, such as WhatsApp, Instagram and X, and shows ads provided by Google AdMob. Those services are run by their owners under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for them, and we cannot guarantee that they will keep supporting stickers or shared images.
Sticker Drop is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by WhatsApp LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram or X. WhatsApp is a trademark of WhatsApp LLC and is mentioned only to describe compatibility.
5. Ads
The app shows ads, including a banner and an occasional full-screen ad after a sticker pack is added. Ads are provided by Google. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or for the products they promote.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the stickers or the app:
- For anything unlawful, harassing, hateful or abusive
- To impersonate another person or mislead others
- To interfere with the app, its ads or the services it connects to, including generating fake ad clicks
7. Availability and changes
We may add, change or remove stickers, packs or features, or stop offering the app, at any time. Stickers already added to WhatsApp may stop being available if they are removed from the app.
8. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or that it will always work with WhatsApp or other apps.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data or lost profits. Because the app is free, our total liability for any claim about the app is limited to zero, or to the minimum amount the law requires where such limits are not allowed.
10. Ending these Terms
You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may stop providing the app to anyone who breaks these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive, including the disclaimer and limitation of liability, remain in effect.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the consumer laws of the place where you live.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date will change. If you continue to use the app after an update, you accept the new Terms.
